There are 2 ways of payments on our website

First is through our payment server called DPO (you'll find it on our checkout page). NOTE!!! If a customers prefers this way, You can deposit payment for your order directly into our DPO account. We check our bank account for new payments every day but depending on your bank it can take 1–2 business days for your payment to appear. To ensure that we can reconcile your payment quickly please make sure you follow the instructions carefully and include a reference with your payment. Don't worry we'll keep you updated on your order. Just reach us on whatsapp and we'll be more than happy to take care of you

 

NOTE!!!- THE 1ST METHOD IS ADVISED TO BE USED BY CUSTOMERS WHO PREFER TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS

Paying through our Equity Business Bank Account

1.Go to the Safaricom SIM tool kit menu or your M-pesa App

2.Click on M-PESA

3.Tap on "Lipa na M-PESA" then "Pay Bill" option

4.Tap "Enter business no." Key in the Equity bank paybill number 247247 as the business number

5.Click on "Account number" Key in your our Equity business bank account number that is 0650180886938. It should bring the name GOAT KICKS OUTLET LTD

6.Enter the amount: ( Total shown on Invoice) (NOTE!!!!: INVOICES ARE SENT DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS RIGHT AFTER THE PAYMENT SO DONT WORRY)

7.Key in your M-Pesa PIN Confirm the details.

8.If everything is accurate, hit the send button

NOTE: For those sending from their bank account, Just choose send to Equity then key in our business bank account

Cash Payments

 

NOTE: We DO NOT!!! Accept Cash or M-pesa on delivery. This is due to bad experiences due to failed orders and deliveries by customers
